Umeed - E - Zindagi: Poster Making Competition & Expert Talk

On 10th September 2025, Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciences, in collaboration with Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic & Counselling Cell, observed World Suicide Prevention Day through an inspiring event themed “Changing the Narrative on Suicide” (WHO).

Highlights of the day included:

A Poster Making Competition where students expressed awareness and hope through creativity.

An Expert Talk by Prof. (Dr.) Anviti Gupta & Dr. Pratibha A. Singh, shedding light on suicide prevention, mental well-being, and fostering a culture of care.

The event was a heartfelt step towards breaking stigmas, encouraging conversations, and building a community that stands for support, compassion, and resilience.
