Alumni Cell and the Internship Committee, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, successfully organised an insightful Expert Lecture on “The Art of Cracking Legal Solutions for Clients” on 9th September 2026. The session was delivered by Alumni of Sharda School of Law Mr. Yash Agarwal, Advocate and Founder & Managing Advocate of Yash Agarwal Law Firm who provided students with valuable practical insights have given us a valuable understanding of how lawyers can move beyond simply identifying legal issues and actually crack effective solutions for their clients. The interactive session enabled students to understand that being a good lawyer is not only about knowing the law, but also about knowing how to apply it to solve real problems. His guidance will certainly inspire our students to develop a more strategic and solution-oriented approach towards the legal profession. The lecture was conducted under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Rhishikesh Dave, Dean, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, and Prof. (Dr.) Tarkesh Molia, Head of Department, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University. The event was coordinated by Prof. (Dr.) Urmila Yadav, Dr. Bhumika Sharma and Mr. Mohiuddin Siddiqui. The session reflected the Schools continued commitment to bridging academic learning with professional legal practice and providing students with meaningful exposure to strategic approach, meticulous case preparation, and practical problem-solving skills. The interaction with the Alumni motivated the students.
