Innovation Takes Centre Stage at Sharda Universitys Internal Smart India Hackathon 2026

Sharda University successfully organised the Internal Hackathon as part of Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2026, bringing together student teams to work on real-world problem statements and develop innovative, technology-driven solutions.
During the event, participants showcased strong problem-solving abilities, technical skills, teamwork and creativity as they worked on challenges drawn from the official SIH 2026 Problem Statements. The hackathon encouraged students to analyse complex issues, refine their ideas and present solutions with practical relevance and potential impact.
The internal selection process involved team formation, problem statement selection, solution development, screening and shortlisting, giving students a structured platform to test their ideas under competitive conditions.
The event reflected Sharda Universitys continued focus on experiential learning, innovation and industry-relevant problem-solving, while encouraging students to think beyond conventional approaches and develop solutions capable of addressing contemporary challenges.
