SSBT Community Connect Outreach Programme in Faridpur Village

The Food Science and Technology, Sharda School of Bio-Science & Technology was organizing a community connect visit to Village Faridpur, District: Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh on 8th March 2025. Students and faculty will interact with local people and it aims to identify socio-economic issues, promote financial literacy, and support income-generating opportunities to reduce poverty. The visit also focuses on evaluating healthcare access, raising awareness about hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention, and improving overall well-being. Additionally, it seeks to enhance educational opportunities by assessing school infrastructure promoting digital literacy and providing them with information and practices related to the consumption of healthy foods, a balanced diet, and multiple policies of the government for their benefit.
