Sharda School of Law Organizes Two-Day International Conference on Legal Frameworks for Animal and Wildlife Conservation

Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, organized a Two-Day Hybrid International Conference on “Conceptualizing Legal Framework and Policies for Domestic Animal and Wildlife Conservation: Issues and Challenges” on 16th–17th January 2026 at Greater Noida. The conference brought together academicians, legal experts, researchers, students, and international participants to deliberate on legal and policy challenges related to animal and wildlife conservation.
The Valedictory Ceremony on 17th January 2026 was graced by Honble Mr. Justice Prasanna Bhalachandra Varale, Judge, Supreme Court of India, as the Chief Guest, with Shri Y. K. Gupta, Honble Pro-Chancellor, Sharda University, presiding over the function. Prof. Dr. Robert Szuchy, Vice Rector, Károli Gáspár University, Hungary, attended as Guest of Honour.
The conference concluded successfully with insightful discussions, research presentations, and recommendations aimed at strengthening legal frameworks and policies for sustainable domestic animal welfare and wildlife conservation.
