GD Champs – Workshop and Competition

The HR Catalyst, HR Club of Sharda School of Business Studies organized “GD Champs – Where Leaders Speak,” a placement-style Group Discussion workshop and competition for students at Sharda University. The event brought together teams of participants to engage in structured discussions on thought-provoking topics while experiencing a real-time corporate GD environment.

The program featured an expert-led workshop followed by a competitive discussion round aimed at enhancing communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Participants gained valuable exposure to teamwork, public speaking, confidence building, and interview preparation, helping them strengthen essential professional and placement-oriented competencies.
