Bootcamp on Data Analytics, Visualization and Storytelling Conducted for Management Students

Sharda School of Business Studies conducted a Bootcamp on “Raw Data to Insights – Data Analytics, Visualization and Storytelling” on 17 March 2026 for management students.
The Bootcamp was designed to provide students with practical and industry-relevant exposure to data handling, visualization, and storytelling using tools such as Excel and Tableau. The sessions covered fundamentals to advanced formulas, data cleaning, and analytical techniques using real datasets.
Students were also introduced to Tableau through a step-by-step learning approach, beginning with understanding the interface and progressing towards creating interactive and insight-driven dashboards through case studies. The Bootcamp further focused on effective insight framing, visual communication practices, and story-driven presentations.
The session enabled students to strengthen their analytical thinking and data interpretation skills aligned with current industry requirements.
