She did her graduation in Architecture (B.Arch) from Faculty of Architecture, Lucknow (formerly known as Government College of Architecture, Lucknow) under UPTU in 2010. She completed her Masters in Planning (M. Plan) with specialization in Urban Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi under MHRD in 2012. 

In an academic career spanning 6 years she has been associated with Mcgans Ooty School of Architecture,Ooty and Dehradun Institute of technology, Dehradun as an Assistant Professor before joining Sharda University . She is now working as an assistant professor in Sharda University since 4 years and also working as a free lance Architect
