About

Prof. Pramod Kumar Singh, born on 20th April, 1971, is Head, Physics & Env. Sci. department at Sharda University, Greater Noida, INDIA. He has obtained his Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He is engaged in teaching, research, administration and consultancy for the last 25 years. Prof. Singh has participated in various National and International Conferences, published  341 research papers (Till June 2025) in international journals and authored 07 books/book chapters. He has awarded World's top 2% scientists by Stanford University. 

As a postdoctoral fellow, Dr. Singh has visited South Korea, Norway and Turkey (~6 Years) abroad. He is currently associated as editorial board member in 8 International Journals. He has participated/presented paper in 30 International conference/symposia/workshops and involved in organizing 10 International and 8 national conferences in Sharda University.

Apart from teaching Bachlor and Master students, Dr. Singh is involved in research within area like Polymer Electrolyte, Materials for energy devices, Waste management. Prof. Singh is heading Centre of Excellence: Solar Cell & Renewable Energy at Sharda University, Greater Noida, U. P., India. 

Prof. Singh has completed two research projects and working on one project on Material Science (CSTUP), Govt. of India, guided 8 PhDs, 18 Master thesis and currently 7 students are enrolled with him as PhD candidate. He has total scientific citation 5351 with H index 37 and i10 index 157 (Till June 2025).
