Prof.(Dr.) Arti Koul Kachroo is presently serving as Dean, School of Education. She is a doctorate in Education from Jamia Millia Islamia, where she received a fellowship from ICSSR, for her research work on Mentor Relationship and Talent Development. She specializes in the field of Educational Psychology and pedagogy of language teaching. Her work experience spans across a time period of three decades with her professional roles encompassing both teaching positions as well as administrative posts. She was appointed as the Chairperson of the K.V.Sanghthan interview committee on numerous occasions and is also a visiting team member of the NCTE. Her book on “Life Skills Education” provides valuable insight on the significance of imparting life skills education. Along with earning various academic accolades, she has actively worked with various NGOs for the education of children belonging to marginalized sections of the society.
