Ms. Neha Zaidi is pursuing her Ph.D and has a Master degree in Marketing from Aligarh Muslim University. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management from AIMA, Delhi.  She has qualified UGC-NET and has an overall experience of around 10 years. She has published research articles and case studies in journals of repute in the areas of Service Marketing and Social Media Marketing etc.
