The Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, successfully organised an insightful Expert Lecture on “From Filing to Judgment – Interim Injunctions in IP Litigation” on 10th August 2026.

The session was delivered by Mr. Siddhant M. Sharma, Partner, Trion Law Partners LLP, Commercial Litigator and IP Strategist, who provided students with valuable practical insights into the role of interim injunctions in intellectual property litigation, taking them beyond the theoretical framework to the realities of courtroom practice and litigation strategy. The interactive session enabled students to understand the journey of an IP dispute from filing to adjudication and the strategic considerations involved in seeking and defending interim relief.

The lecture was conducted under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Rhishikesh Dave, Dean, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, and Prof. (Dr.) Tarkesh Molia, Head of Department, Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, with Dr. Bhumika Sharma, Ms. Riddhi Singhal and Ms. Mansi Shukla serving as Convenors.

The session reflected the Schools continued commitment to bridging academic learning with professional legal practice and providing students with meaningful exposure to contemporary developments in intellectual property law and litigation.
