About the Programme

The Bachelor of Science in Animation, VFX & Gaming Design is a three-year undergraduate programme that prepares students to thrive in the fast-evolving world of digital content, entertainment, and interactive storytelling. Rooted in creativity and driven by technology, the programme trains students in 2D & 3D animation, visual effects, motion graphics, compositing, storyboarding, comic design, and infographics art, aligned with the latest industry trends.

The curriculum is designed to offer in-depth knowledge in Classical and Digital Animation, Advanced VFX, Real-Time Rendering, Game Art Design, and AI-assisted Animation Tools, ensuring that students are industry-ready from day one. Special emphasis is placed on learning industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, Houdini, and ZBrush.

Students engage in immersive learning through hands-on projects, virtual production labs, studio-based assignments, AR/VR simulations, and gamification techniques. The programme also fosters collaborative learning through seminars, masterclasses, industry visits, hackathons, and real-world production pipelines. With a balance of theory and practical application, students gain experience in professional workflows and develop a multidisciplinary skillset to work across films, OTT platforms, animation studios, gaming companies, advertising agencies, and metaverse environments.

Graduates emerge as creative professionals equipped to lead in fields such as animation, VFX supervision, game design, digital illustration, character design, and immersive media production.

  • PEO 1:- Demonstrate Professional, Social and Entrepreneurial skills related to Animation & VFX and Entertainment industry.

  • PEO3: Prove themselves as competent, trained and qualified Artist & Designer in the Animation, Visual Effects, E-content Development Industry
  • PEO4: Mark a difference in the Concept Design, Visual Communication, Storytelling, Graphics, Animation, and VFX and related Industry as competent, trained and qualified Artist.
