Department of Mathematics, Sharda School of Basic Sciences and Research, Sharda University is organizing Webinars on “Ethics, Integrity & Professionalism” in collaboration with the Department of Sharda Skills on Thursday, April 13th, 2023” at 3: 00 PM for students and employees.

Professional integrity is the practice of maintaining appropriate ethical behavior. It is the practice of showing strong adherence to moral and ethical principles and values such as honesty, honor, dependability, and trustworthiness. People who behave with professional integrity generally uphold a moral standard of conduct, both in professional as well as personal endeavors. These standards govern how professionals conduct themselves, their work ethic, and their communication practices. Professional integrity is what gives employees a reason to trust leaders to place professional standards over their self-interests. Honesty is the basis for maintaining integrity. Being loyal to a company, producing the results expected from you, and being trustworthy and reliable are all qualities that characterize someone who has professional integrity.

Objectives:

• To understand why professional integrity is important in the workplace.
• To learn tips for maintaining integrity.
• Admit mistakes and keep commitments.
• To learn and maintain professional integrity for building a strong reputation that will increase trust and comfort others.
• To learn more effective ways to create a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

Ms. Shalini Anand

Shalini Anand is a Sr.Corporate Trainer & Head of the Training department. A Professional with over 15+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Soft Skills Training domain, Personality Development, Counselling, and Interviewing Skills. She is a Senior Corporate Trainer with reputed educational institutes and corporate houses. She has experience working with some marque brands from various industries.

Apart from a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in CRM from Symbiosis, she is also MOOCs certified in Personality Traits; Coursera certified in “MindShift- Obstacles to Learning and Discover Hidden Potential” from Manchester University-USA and is a certified (NLP practitioner) a diploma holder in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP-certified trainer).
