A practical, confident, focused and result oriented officer with 33 years of service in the Army. Was Chief Engineer of Assam Rifles, and has loads of experience in design, planning and execution of projects. Taught Civil Engineering to engineering degree courses and looked after the administration at the College of Military Engineering.
