I introduce myself as Dr. Vaishali Arora. I am a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and also did my LL.B from there. After completing my Masters (LL.M) from the School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIP University, New Delhi, I qualified the UGC – NET Examination and followed my passion for teaching starting my career with Amity Law School, Noida . I am a Ph.D. from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and my area of specialization is Media Law. Women & Criminal Law, Family Law-1 (Marriage & Divorce) and Law of Contract – II, are my other area of interest. With almost a decade of experience, I have two edited books (published by globally-known publication brands) and diverse research papers to my credit. Besides participating in myriad conferences, training programmes, etc., I have organized a plethora of national and international events of academic import in collaboration with eminent foreign law schools and NLUs. Furthermore, I have judged varied Moot Court Competitions and been a reviewer for reputed journals.
