Dr. Tarun Kumar Kaushik is an accomplished legal academician and researcher with over 15 years of teaching and professional experience in law, specializing in Criminal Law, Family Law, ADR, contract and Evidence Law. He presently serves at Sharda University and also contributes as a Counselor and Mediator at the Family Dispute Resolution Clinic (FDRC) in collaboration with U.P. Police, fostering community-based access to justice.
He has a distinguished record of research publications in Scopus and UGC-Care indexed journals, focusing on emerging intersections of law, technology, and sustainability. Dr. Kaushik has also filed patents and registered industrial designs under the Designs Act, 2000.
An active contributor to academia, he has judged national moot courts, chaired international conferences, and delivered lectures across multiple institutions. His administrative roles include Examination-in-Charge, and coordinator for BCI inspections.
