Dr. Sweta Dixit holds a Doctorate in Management (2007) and has a Master degree in HRM and Industrial Relations from University of Lucknow. She has qualified UGC-NET and has an overall experience of around 16 years including Academics (over 12 years) and Corporate (over 4 years).In the past,she has been associated with her alma mater Lucknow University,Amity University,Noida,NIILM-CMS,Greater Noida,Galgotias University and Symphony Enterprises,LLC. She has taught and conducted seminars in the University of Gannon,Pennsylvania as part of 3 Continent MBA program. Pursuing interest in research,she has published research articles and case studies in national and international journals of repute in the areas of Gobal mobility,Performance Management and Organizational Culture.
