About

Ms Swarnima Gorani is an academician and legal scholar with specialisation in both the Criminal and Corporate arenas. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Sharda School of Law, Sharda University and is actively engaged in teaching and research while pursuing her PhD from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. She has a strong academic background, having earned a dual degree in Commerce and Law, a postgraduate degree in Law (specialising in Criminal Law), and a degree of Company Secretaryship. She has participated in and presented at various international conferences and faculty development programmes, with a major focus on Artificial Intelligence, Criminal Law, Forensics, and Environmental Law, and has contributed to various book chapters and journal publications. She is also an active reviewer of Scopus-indexed journals and Books. Her accolades include holding an All India Rank of 13 (Company Secretary) and a Gold Medal in her Law Degree.
