Dr. Saumya Kumar

About

Dr. Saumya Kumar, an alumnus of Sharda Group of Institutions, has been associated with Sharda University since 2009. She had been working on administrative posts and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the School of Business Studies. She is an accomplished academician with over 12 years of teaching experience.  She exhibits her proficiency in teaching subjects in the area of HRM, Marketing and General Management. She has several research papers of National as well as International repute to her credit. She strongly believes in making students industry-ready not only through engaging students with teaching in the classroom but also by exposing them to the challenges of the modern era.
