Professor, Gaurav Rajauria is working as an Associate Professor / Senior Lecturer in School of Microbiology, School of Food and Nutritional Science, SUSFERM Centre for Sustainable Fermentation and Bioprocessing Systems for Food and the Bioeconomy University College Cork, Cork, Ireland. He is also working as Distinguished Professor in Department of Lifescience, Sharda University.
