Is a PhD from IIT Roorkee. Has a teaching experience of more than ten years. Delivered a lecture series on Business Communication for UGC-ECE programmes, published several papers in National and International Journals, and also two books – Business Communication, Shashi Deshpandes Fiction A Woman's Journey from Self-Effacement to Self-Actualization.
