Dr. Neelesh Kumar Mourya is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Allied Health Sciences, Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He earned his Ph.D. in Nutrition and Dietetics and has over five years of experience as a Consultant Dietician at Gangasheel Advanced Medical Research Institute, Bareilly. He has made significant academic and research contributions, with more than 70 research and review publications, 8 edited books, 5 authored books, 15 book chapters, 2 copyrights, and 10 patents. His expertise spans clinical nutrition, dietetics, and interdisciplinary healthcare research.

Award & Recognition

UGC NET DECMBER 2013(Home Science). He was awarded twice for best oral presentation: once at the wellness conference (CJSM, Kanpur) and once at ISCA-2018, Mullana, as best young scientist oral presenter. He received 2 awards for outstanding contributions to food and nutrition at ICAAAAS-18 and ATDS-2018. He received the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award–2023 at the International Conference Strategies and Challenges in Agricultural and Life Science for Food Security and Sustainable Environment (SCALFE–2023). In 2024, Dr. Neelesh Kumar Maurya received three prestigious honors: the Global Young Researcher Award in Nutrition and Dietetics at GABELS-2024 in Nepal; the Saraswati Sadhak Samman for contributions to literature, education, and culture; and the Swami Vivekananda Smriti Samman for excellence in education, research, and spiritual practice, awarded by cultural academies in Agra, India
