She is a professor, an academician, blogger (https://craftsnewsbyneelamas.blogspot.com) and author with a passion for Design, Apparel, Brand, Retail and Communication. She has completed her Ph.D. in Skill Analysis of employees working in Branded Apparels. She earned her Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Apparel Retail Management. Moreover, she studied fashion designing and merchandising, Apparel Production Management, Foreign Languages, UX & UI, photography at various levels of studies.
She has been engaged in curriculum development, promotion and branding, blogging, consultancy, Research and publications. She contributed in curriculum development of UG and PG, Degree courses in Design at Mahamaya University, Noida, Asian School Media Studies, AAFT School of Fashion, Marwah Studios, SNDT University Mumbai, Mewar University, Mody University, MS University Baroda and Bikaner Technical University. She has been associated with University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK; Algonquin College Canada.
