About

Ms Uniqua is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sharda University and a Ph.D. scholar at the India International University of Legal Education and Research (IIULER), Goa. She holds an LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law from Symbiosis Law School, and is UGC-NET qualified in Law.

Her teaching and research interests include criminal law, cyber law, and victim compensation. She is currently coordinating an NHRC-sponsored project on victim compensation schemes in India along with Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai and has previously worked with Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Her academic contributions include journal articles, book chapters, and active participation in national and international faculty development programs.
