Dr. Samta Rani is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Applications. She is a highly accomplished academician, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, with her research centered on hybrid artificial intelligence systems for cancer prediction. She also earned her M.Tech in Computer Engineering from the same university, and holds an MCA and B.Sc. in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. Dr. Rani has contributed extensively to research, with multiple publications and book chapters in reputed journals and conferences, including SCI-indexed outlets. Notably, she received the Best Paper Award at REEDCON 2023 (SCIE). Her teaching experience includes roles as a Guest Assistant Professor at Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women and D.A.V. College under Kurukshetra University.
She is proficient in various programming languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java. Her academic and research interests lie in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to address real-world challenges, particularly in the domain of intelligent healthcare systems.
