Ms. Monika Yadav is a legal academic and research scholar holding specialisaiton in Constitutional and Criminal Law from National Law University, Delhi. Her research interests include Criminal Law, Gender Justice, Preventive Intervention Policies, Gender & Technology and AI integration in Legal Pedagogy. She has presented her research at various national and international conferences including NEST-IITD, IIT Kharagpur, NLSIU Bangalore and World Society of Victimology. With 2.5 years of experience in teaching, she has contributed to research and academia through her publications, conference presentations, editorial responsibilities and faculty development programmes.
