About

Mansi Shukla is a UGC-NET JRF-qualified legal scholar and has submitted her Ph.D. thesis at Banasthali Vidyapith. Her doctoral research examines the legal liability of artificial intelligence, with particular emphasis on AI personhood, accountability, and governance. Her research interests include AI and law, IPR and technology regulation. She is the recipient of the Gold Medal for Best Research Paper Research Paper awarded by the Asian Criminology Society and has also received the Best Research Paper Award at an international conference. Her publications include journal articles and book chapters on AI and law with national and international publishers. She is also an active participant in global policy discourse and has received international recognition from peace organization associated with the United Nations.
