Serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing Science and Research, Sharda University, Greater Noida.I completed my Graduation - Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences and Post Graduation - M.Sc Nursing from PGIMER, Chandigarh. With 9 years 6 months of combined experience in clinical practice and nursing education, I bring strong expertise in both patient care and academics. My clinical background includes ICU and Blood Bank, where I developed critical decision-making, patient safety, and technical skills. I am committed to curriculum development, evidence-based practice, and preparing competent nursing professionals to meet future healthcare challenges.I aim to contribute to institutional growth through quality teaching, research, and academic leadership.
