Mr. Ashish Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Sharda University, Greater Noida, with over 9 years of teaching and research experience in Computer Science and Engineering. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering and a B.Tech in Information Technology.
His teaching and research interests include Blockchain Technology, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Healthcare Informatics, Software Engineering.. He has published several research papers in IEEE Scopus-indexed international conferences, along with Springer and Taylor & Francis publications. He is also the holder of one granted patent and two published Indian patents in the domains of Artificial Intelligence and IoT-enabled healthcare.
Mr. Kumar has received the Best Paper Award twice at International IEEE Scopus-indexed Conferences and actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for several IEEE International Conferences. He has successfully completed multiple AICTE ATAL Faculty Development Programs, NPTEL certifications, workshops, and professional development programs, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.
He has guided undergraduate student projects, mentored teams for innovation and hackathons, and actively participates in curriculum development, research activities, and academic administration. His research focuses on developing secure, scalable, and intelligent computing solutions for real-world applications, particularly in healthcare, smart systems, and next-generation digital technologies.
