About

Dr. Manmohan Singh Yadav is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator with over 19 years of teaching experience in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Integral University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, where his doctoral research focused on entropy-based machine learning techniques for outlier detection in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Prior to joining Sharda University, Dr. Yadav served as an Assistant Professor at IIMT, Greater Noida, Babu Banarasi Das University (BBD University), Lucknow, and Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow. Throughout his academic career, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, mentoring, and academic administration.

Dr. Yadav's research interests encompass Wireless Sensor Networks, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), Outlier Detection, Data Analytics, and Information Security. His research contributions have been widely recognized through numerous publications in Scopus-indexed international journals, peer-reviewed journals, IEEE conference proceedings, and national and international conferences. His work primarily focuses on developing intelligent techniques for anomaly and outlier detection using entropy-based features and machine learning algorithms, contributing significantly to reliable and secure sensor network applications.

In addition to his research publications, Dr. Yadav has made notable contributions to innovation through several Indian, German, and UK patents/design patents in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Computer Science, and Information Technology. He has also authored academic books, including Wireless Sensor Network: Architecture & Protocol and Computer Organization and Architecture, which serve as valuable resources for students and researchers.

Dr. Yadav has actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, seminars, short-term courses, and training programmes organized by reputed institutions, including NITTR Chandigarh, IIT Kanpur, Manipal University Jaipur, and Integral University. He has earned NPTEL certifications in Database Management Systems and Teaching and Learning in Engineering (TALE), reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development. He also holds the Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) certification awarded by NIELIT and successfully qualified the GATE examination in both 2012 and 2013.

Beyond academics and research, Dr. Yadav has undertaken several important academic and administrative responsibilities. He has served as a Session Coordinator for international conferences, a Jury Member for the UP Police Hackathon 2022, an ERP Coordinator, and an NPTEL Local Chapter Coordinator. He has successfully supervised several M.Tech. dissertations, mentoring postgraduate students in advanced research areas.
