About

Dr. Satyender Kumar, (D. Pharm., B. Pharm., M. Pharm.) and Ph.D. from (NIPER-Ahmedabad), and currently holding a position of Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, Sharda School of Pharmacy (SSOP), U.P, India. He is a GATE (2008), GPAT (2021), NIPER-PhD (JEE)-2011 qualified researcher and an author of 04 Indian patents a s well as peer-reviewed research papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Satyender is a member of the editorial board and reviewer in well reputed international journals like Natural Products Research (Taylor & Francis). He has experience in drug discovery areas such as natural product extraction, isolation, synthesis, analytical chemistry, and biotechnology (in-vitro cell and enzyme-based assays) to spearhead the development of new chemical entities, analytical methods, and biological screening. A research oriented professional with knowledge of medical writing, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and intellectual property rights. He has coordinated and participated in various national and international poster presentations, conferences, workshops, guest, lectures, quizzes, certifications. He is a lifetime member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI). He has also participated in various faculty development programs for the betterment of students in various ways. He has also guided international Ph.D students through online mentoring at AuthorAID. He has guided 12 M. Pharmacy students under his guideship. He was awarded with Best Teacher Award by InSC in 2020, I2OR National Academic Excellence Award in 2022, and I2OR International Teaching Excellence Award in 2023.
