Expertise in conducting animal experiments related to Nutritional Biochemistry, Maintenance and handling of experimental animals i.e. mice, rabbit and mongrel dogs. Dissection, sample collection and immunization, Lipid profile analysis, Blood glucose measurements, Hormones by ELISA, Histopathological analysis, Tissue homogenization, Expertise in working with Lactic Acid Bacteria/Probiotic Bacteria. Staining techniques for purity check. Enzyme production from fungi, Purification and characterization of enzymes, Enzyme kinetics, Ion-Exchange Chromatography, PCR, Real Time PCR, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis and c-DNA preparation Western blotting, SDS-PAGE and Gel Documentation
