Dr. Garima Nagpal is presently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics & Environmental Sciences at Sharda University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A dedicated academician and researcher, she is UGC-NET and JRF qualified, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence in research and teaching. Her research expertise lies in the areas of water and wastewater treatment, heavy metal remediation, nanocomposites, and advanced adsorption technologies. With a clear focus on environmental sustainability and innovative material solutions, her work contributes significantly to addressing pressing challenges in water purification and environmental protection. She is particularly engaged in developing efficient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly materials for pollutant removal and resource recovery. Dr. Nagpal has an impressive scholarly record, with more than 30 research articles published in reputed national and international journals, along with 3 book chapters and 2 patents to her credit. Her research contributions have gained wide recognition in the scientific community, as reflected by over 2,379 Google Scholar citations, an h-index of 10, and an i10-index of 12.
