Dr. Zebran Khan is an Assistant Professor at Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University. He previously served at prestigious institutions like Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. He completed his Ph.D. in Marketing from the Department of Commerce and Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He earned his MBA in Marketing from Aligarh Muslim University. He is UGC NET qualified in Management and was awarded the prestigious Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). He has published various research papers in reputed journals indexed in Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science, and has served as a reviewer for reputed journals. His research focuses on influencer marketing, social media marketing, artificial intelligence, electronic word of mouth, and consumer behavior. He is proficient in SmartPLS, IBM AMOS, and SPSS and actively participates in conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.
