Dr. Velagapalli Chiranjeevi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Sharda University, Greater Noida. His research focuses on transportation engineering and construction technology management, with particular emphasis on stabilizing subgrade and pavement soils using industrial and agricultural waste materials. He combines sustainable materials science with construction management practices to develop cost-effective and eco-friendly infrastructure solutions.

Dr. Chiranjeevi is an emerging researcher with multiple publications in SCIE and Scopus-indexed journals spanning pavement engineering, soil stabilization, and construction management. His work also extends into emerging areas such as blockchain adoption in infrastructure projects and HR analytics in the construction sector. He holds a granted patent for an IoT-based sewage odor elimination device and has presented his research at national and international conferences hosted by MANIT Bhopal, VNIT Nagpur, and NIT Calicut.
