Dr. Rohit Kumar Sachan is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Sharda School of Computing Science & Engineering, Sharda University, Greater Noida, where he is actively engaged in both teaching and research. Prior to joining Sharda University, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Bennett University, Greater Noida. Before that, he held research positions at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, where he contributed as a Senior Project Engineer and later as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the C3i Hub, IIT Kanpur.
He earned his Ph.D. from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, which further strengthened his foundation in advanced areas of computer science and engineering.
With approximately ten years of combined academic and research experience, Dr. Sachan has developed strong expertise in several cutting-edge domains. His primary research interests include Cyber Security, Blockchain Forensics, Machine Learning Applications, and Nature-Inspired Algorithms.
Dr. Sachan is an active member of several leading professional organizations, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
