Dr. Manvendra Singh is an Assistant Professor (Law) at Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, Greater Noida. He holds his Doctorate in Law from the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), where he also completed his B.A. LL.B. and LL.M. degrees.
His academic and research expertise spans Constitutional Law, Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Criminal Law, and Environmental Law.
Dr. Singh currently serves as the Pro Bono Club Coordinator (under the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India), Legal Aid In-Charge, and Coordinator Community Connect at Sharda School of Law. He has been appointed as a Mental Health and Employment Counselor at the Government Observation Home, Gautam Buddha Nagar under a Pilot Project (2023–present) initiated by the Honble Allahabad High Court.
He has over sten years of academic experience, including prior positions at Galgotias University and JIMS Technical Campus. Dr. Singh has actively contributed to bridging the gap between academia and community service through numerous legal aid camps, awareness drives, and student-led outreach programmes focusing on access to justice, gender equality, and rural development.
He has authored and edited multiple books and published more than 50 research papers and chapters in UGC-Care and Scopus Indexed Journals. His contributions reflect his commitment to legal reform, social justice, and the empowerment of marginalized communities.
