About

Dr. Himanshu Payal is working with Mechanical Engineering Department, Sharda University since 2018. He has completed his PhD in the Department of Manufacturing Process and Automation Engineering from Netaji Subhas University of Technology Formerly (NSIT), New Delhi, India. He did his M.Tech in Industrial Engineering from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar, Punjab and B.Tech from Beant College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur (State Government Engineering College) Punjab, affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. He has a total of 14 years of research, teaching and industrial experience. He was awarded Teaching-Cum-Research fellowship from NSIT, New Delhi (2013-17). His area of current research is advanced machining and non-conventional machining process. He has published many articles in various international journals and conferences. He is a life member of Institute of Engineers India (IEI). Prior to joining Sharda University, He has worked for 5 years with Lovely Professional University (LPU) Jalandhar, Punjab.
