About

Dr. Hanumant Bhajantri is an Assistant Professor in the Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sharda University. He is a PhD awardee in Economics from the Central University of Kerala. His research primarily focuses on Development Economics, Industrial Economics, MSME Development, Financial Inclusion, Government Financial Assistance Programmes, and Policy Evaluation. His doctoral research examined the impact of the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) on the economic performance of micro-enterprises in North Karnataka. He previously worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Visakhapatnam, where he contributed to a NITI Aayog-sponsored district development project involving field surveys, policy analysis, econometric modelling, and technical report preparation.
