About

Dr. Deependra Rastogi is a distinguished Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Application, Sharda School of Computing Science and Engineering, Sharda University, Greater Noida. He has previously served at IILM University, Greater Noida, Galgotias University, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Shree K. P. Dholakiya Infotech Mahila College, and IGNOU, where he made significant contributions to teaching, research, academic administration, and industry-oriented training. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Galgotias University, an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, and an MCA from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. His doctoral research focused on applying deep learning and advanced computational techniques for brain tumor detection, segmentation, and survival prediction. With over 18 years of academic and research experience, Dr. Rastogi has established expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Medical Image Analysis and Computer Vision. He has published 18+ journal papers, 37+ international conference papers, 3 book chapters, and holds 7 patents, with his research appearing in leading SCI/SCIE, ESCI, and Scopus-indexed journals. His research has gained significant academic recognition, with an h-index of 10, and an i10-index of 11.
