She has more than 25 years of experience in academics, research and training. She has published 2 books and more than 80 publications in refereed International/National Journals and Conference proceedings. She has been awarded with best paper awards, ‘Most Fabulous Professor in India Award by WHRD Congress and ‘Indo Pacific Distinguished Professor Award 2021 by IMRF.   

She has been associated with many Institutions and Universities of repute in the capacity of Ph.D. thesis examiner, External Research Evaluation Committees and Review Board for Course Curriculum Development and Resource person.

She has conducted and delivered session in number of FDPs and MDPs in various field of Management and Social Sciences research. She has also organized National and International Seminar /Conferences. She is on the Editorial and Review Board of National and International journals.
