About

Dr. Anita Singh is a distinguished academician and a seasoned educator with over 29 years of enriching experience in academics, research, training, and institutional development. An alumna of IIM Calcutta, she holds a Ph.D., PMIR, MBA, and an M.A. in Sociology, exemplifying her commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship and continuous learning. Currently serving as a Professor at Sharda University, Dr. Singh specialises in HRM and Organisational Behaviour. She has played a pivotal role in institutional ranking, accreditation, and curriculum design, aligning academic programs with UGC frameworks and industry needs. Prior to this, Dr. Singh has held several key administrative positions, including Director, Programme Chairperson, Area Chairperson, Controller of Examinations, and has also headed various committees within the institute. Dr. Singh has been a resource person for numerous Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Management Development Programmes (MDPs), and professional workshops, impacting both emerging scholars and seasoned professionals. Her research portfolio with over 200 publications in reputed national and international journals spans employee engagement, leadership behaviour, organisational culture, digital education.

  • Awarded Indo Pacific Distinguished Professor Award 2021 in recognition of the consistent superior performance in Human Resource Management by IMRF Foundation on the occasion of World Teachers Day held on October 5, 2021.
