Dilpreet Kaur is an Assistant Professor at the Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University. She holds MBA in Financial Management from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). She has submitted doctoral research in the area of Finance, with a focus on FinTech, digital financial inclusion, and consumer behaviour. Her teaching interests encompass Financial Management, Banking and Financial Services, Business Research Methods, and Financial Markets, where she combines conceptual knowledge with practical industry insights. Her research primarily explores the intersection of financial technology, digital financial literacy, financial inclusion, consumer behaviour, and emerging banking innovations. She has authored and co-authored four research publications in reputed journals such as Scopus, ABDC, WOB, and UGC-CARE. She has presented her research at several prestigious national and international conferences organized by institutions including IIM Kashipur, Delhi University, Aligarh Muslim University, and O.P. Jindal Global University.
She has 1.5 years of academic and teaching experience. Before joining academia, she gained valuable professional experience in the banking and financial services sector, serving as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank Ltd. and a Senior Executive at Indiabulls Ventures Ltd.. She has qualified the UGC-NET/JRF in Management and actively participates in faculty development programmes, research workshops, and academic collaborations.
