He is the Master of Philosophy from Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai and the Master of Commerce from CCS University, Meerut. He is a bachelor in Education and Commerce. He has worked in various management institutes of repute in NCR Region. Presently he is associated with Sharda University, Greater Noida.
