About

Dr. Chhavi Jain is a dedicated academician with over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, and mentoring. She holds an M.Sc. in Statistics, an MBA (HR & IT), and a Ph.D. in Fuzzy Optimization. At Sharda University, she leads the IT & Business Analytics area and serves as the University-level VAC Coordinator, promoting skill-based learning for industry readiness.

She teaches core and advanced subjects like Business Analytics, Business Statistics, Operations Research, Data Management using R & Excel, Big Data, and IT for Managers, with a strong focus on practical application and critical thinking.

Ms. Jain has published several research papers, including in Scopus-indexed journals, focusing on fuzzy optimization and its applications in decision-making and resource management.

As a passionate mentor, she is committed to guiding students beyond academics—helping them build skills, set goals, and stay motivated in their professional journey.
