Overcame complex challenges & has taken high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgement, strong work ethics & irreproachable integrity. Respected as a proponent of empowerment and accountability in academic, technical, administration & HR domains. As head of Indian delegation to the International Telecom Union (ITU) conference in June 2017, ensured Indian proposal for LMLC (Low Mobility Large Cell), became a mandatory specification within International Mobile Telephony (IMT) 2020. While in service he was commended twice by the Chief of the Army Staff and three thrice by Army Commanders/ Equivalents.
