Dr Bharti Jain is at present an Assistant Professor (Forensic Science) in the School of Allied Health Sciences, Sharda University. She has obtained her Ph.D. in Green Analytical Toxicology from Panjab University, Chandigarh collaboration with Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Chandigarh. She has more than 5 years of research experience in the field of analytical toxicology. During her tenure, she has worked on a wide range of samples, including biological, food, and pharmaceutical matrices. Her research work is focused on the development of sustainable and affordable analytical methods for the detection of drugs and poisons in matrices of forensic importance. She has published more than 25 research papers, review articles, and book chapters in various Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals in this domain. She has been granted one Indian Patent for her invention in the field of Green Sample Preparation. She also serves as an invited reviewer for several peer-reviewed quality journals.
