About

Dr. Babita Tripathi works as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics & Environmental Sciences, Sharda School of Engineering & Science, Sharda University, Noida (U.P.). Holding 10+ years of teaching experience in B. Tech., B. Sc., and M. Sc. (Physics) along with 7 years of research experience. Carrying published papers in reputed journals, 4 granted patents and 5 Published and 3 applied patents. She has successfully completed two scientific projects. She is heading “Advanced Material Research Laboratory” Sharda University. In her research team, one student is pursuing Ph.D.s, and 3 students doing their M.Sc. and B.Sc. projects under her supervision.

She has participated/presented papers in 10+ international conference/symposia/workshops. She has also been involved in organizing 5 international and 6 national conferences India. She is involved in research in areas like Multiferroic Nanomaterials, Photocatalytic and Piezocatalytic Materials, Materials for energy devices, Water Purification and Carbon-dots. Dr. Babita is a life time member of Society for Materials Chemistry (SMC).
