About

Ariba Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Sharda School of Business Studies, Sharda University. Recently, she completed her Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to joining academia, she worked as an Associate Partner at the Central Registration Centre (CRC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Manesar, where she gained valuable professional experience in company registration processes. Her teaching and research interests primarily lie in the field of Marketing, with a particular focus on social media marketing, consumer behaviour, influencer marketing, online purchase intention, and sustainable consumer behaviour. She is actively engaged in interdisciplinary research that integrates marketing, technology, and consumer psychology. She has published various research papers in reputed national and international journals indexed in Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, and the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). Her research contributes to the growing body of knowledge in digital consumer behaviour and contemporary marketing practices. She was awarded the prestigious Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in recognition of her academic excellence and research potential in the field of Commerce. She is committed to fostering an engaging learning environment, promoting research-driven teaching, and mentoring students to develop analytical thinking and industry-relevant skills.
