About

Dr. Srivastava is a graduate from ILNU (U.G.) and GNLU (LLM) with specialisation in Constitutional Law. His doctoral research was in the area of Constitutional Law and Victimology. His core area of teaching includes Public Law, specialised courses like Comparative Constitution, and Public Policy. Research areas include Public law and reforms, Election laws, Restorative procedures and blend of public law and cyber laws. He is a passionate educator who believes in imparting quality education with human values.
